Upon signing application a $100.00 deposit is required. (Personal check or money order made out to Hillside Estates, Inc.)

Also required is $20.00 (MONEY ORDER ONLY) per person signing lease for a credit check. (NO CASH ACCEPTED)

We will need a letter from your employer stating salary, hours worked and legth of employment, plus 3 recent pay stubs.

Once approved we will need 1 month security, plus the first month's rent minus the initial $100.00 deposit (Only if deposit is a Money Order), in Certified Check or Money Order Only!
